Purpose

The Founders Arena is committed to full compliance with all applicable antitrust and competition laws. This policy is designed to ensure that all participants in our programs and events understand and comply with these legal requirements.

Prohibited Activities

Participants must not engage in any activities that could be construed as violations of antitrust laws, including but not limited to:

  • Price fixing or agreements about pricing
  • Market allocation or customer allocation agreements
  • Boycotts or refusals to deal with certain parties
  • Bid rigging or collusion in competitive processes
  • Sharing competitively sensitive information
  • Agreements to limit production or output

Permitted Activities

The Founders Arena programs are designed to support individual companies in their growth and development. Networking, mentorship, and educational activities are encouraged, provided they do not involve discussions of competitively sensitive information or agreements that could violate antitrust laws.
