Our Commitment
The Founders Arena is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
Prohibited Behavior
We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination
- Sexual images in public spaces
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
- Harassing photography or recording
- Sustained disruption of talks or other events
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Unwelcome sexual attention
- Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior
Consequences
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, The Founders Arena may take any action it deems appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the program or event.
Reporting
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of The Founders Arena staff immediately. Staff can be identified by their badges or can be contacted via email or phone.
